positioning is better then 0.01 mm . is now becoming accessible
for the homework shop, capabilities , like the professional modelairplane
builders and in some respects even better, depending on the application.
Molding ( molded) is of cause the best in
CNC machined molds, but this is in reach even for most professional
builders. I could give many reasons why cnc machined plugs which
are polished afterwards to get a smooth surface is not anymore
accurate and the molds made from this plugs are loosing accuracy
. I am not gona tell you this because this is about foamcutting.
After 6 years of experimenting and making machines I decided that
the price is much to high and designed a machine with pro-capabilities
and usable with all kinds of software. Now it is working with
the software from Möller and Huth from Germany, but it will
work with all kinds of foamcutting software . I also make the
machines for Möller and Huth, but I developed my own controller
so that I have my own set, as where modlebuilders like to do most
things their selfs , to save money and for the joy of building
your own. I only have a limited number of Kits
