The Police - Concert information

• Attendance: 1,100; sellout.
To reduce the cost the equipment was sent as accompanied baggage. When arriving in Cairo the customs were closed due to the religious Friday. The authorities finally had to give permission to get the equipment through the customs the same day. There was no time left for a soundcheck and the show started at 9.30pm instead of the scheduled 8.00pm.
During the show Sting got in trouble with a police agent.
