On 28-07-1981 The Police and the crew flew from Montserrat to Carácas in an old DC-3. Above the Caribbean a hurricane opened the emergency door, which was twisted on top of the plane. Andy was almost blown out by the wind. Larry tried to draw the door back, but couldn't close it. The door was tied to the chairs.
The two shows in Venezuela were performed in front of 15,000 people and were a replacement for the two shows, which were cancelled in December 1980.
