| BLOODHOUND GANG |
| THE BAND |
| Currently very big with their single "Fire water burn" and the accompagnying video situated in an old people's home, the Bloodhound Gang toured all summer with their bizarre but entertaining mixture of samples and live music. The Gang's music with Jimmy Ali Pop as its ultimate band leader cannot be pinned down to one particular genre but is an inexplicable mess of hiphop, disco and punky popsongs. Jimmy's lyrics most obviously spring from an overdose of bad television shows and commercials plus a chronic sick mind. |

| Their 1996 album called One Fierce Bier Coaster contains songs entitled such as "Why is everybody always pickin' on me" (their new hitsingle), "Kiss me where it smells funny", "Lift your head up high (and blow your brains out") which indicates that this is not music for the mentally sensitive. Anyone looking for intelligent lyrics or serious musicians should skip their shows. But we recommend all the real party people to go there and have a ball. | |||
